Returns & Refunds
Unless your items are faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised and made to order garments. These include garments with crests, logos and/or initials. These garments are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
We cannot process your return unless the goods/packaging are in their original condition, undamaged and unused. We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with the guidance above.
You have up to 30 days from receiving garments to request a refund on faulty garments.
We will repair or replace an item if MFC are made aware of a fault within 70 days of receiving.
Fitting Night Terms & Conditions
MFC fitting day service exists to size up respective customers with full range of MFC garments on any giving fitting night. This is to ensure sizing is accurate when placing order. If any garment is purchased during a fitting night it must tried on for sizing beforehand.
MFC cannot be held responsible for replacing any garment purchased during a fitting that was not tried on by the customer. These conditions also apply to MFC sample packs.
