Job Purpose

Organising and recording all orders in an a standard template for production. Liaising with the Office Manager to ensure order accuracy and ultimately the highest level of customer satisfaction. This post reports to the Office Manager.

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

General

  1. Liaising with customers via e-mail and phone.
  2. Working with Graphic Designer on designs and colours based on the customer specification.
  3. Communication with the Office Manager on any order issues.
  4. Carrying out duties appropriate to the post across all areas of the organisation.

 

Pre-order Responsibilities

  1. Forwarding graphic files and amendments to each customer.
  2. Assist Office Manager in gathering details for fitting day order forms.

 

Order Phase Responsibilities

  1. Receiving and recording the order.
  2. Recording data on the order form and work with the Graphic Designer in ensuring accuracy and confirming that the design is deliverable.
  3. Liaising directly with the customer until they are completely happy with order.
  4. Informing the Finance and Logistics Manager that the order has been confirmed.

 

Person Specification

3 A Levels or equivalent at Grade C or above.Recognised industry qualification and/or third level qualification.

Job Purpose

Deal with customer service enquiries across many platforms including emails and social media to ensure successful outcomes for MFC Sports.  Support the Office Manager in ensuring that MFC policies and procedures are fully implemented in all areas of customer service. This post reports to the Office Manager.

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

General

  1. Processing enquiries via e-mails, websites & social media platforms.
  2. Dealing with customer relations and enquiries on a personal level and over the telephone.
  3. Supporting the Office Manager and sales team in preparing for customer fitting days including liaising directly with the customer both before and after the event.
  4. Ensuring that any customer service issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  5. Supporting the Office Manager in developing the customer service process continuously to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

Pre-order Responsibilities

  1. Explaining the order process to the customer.
  2. Logging customer info onto database for future reference.
  3. Explaining T&Cs to customers including minimum order quantity, sample packs etc.
  4. Processing customer data for the graphic designer and other members of staff (sample packs, order staff).
  5. Acting as main point of contact throughout the entire pre-order process.
  6. Carrying out duties appropriate to the post across all areas of the organisation.

 

Order Phase Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring that all necessary order information is logged prior to sending it to order management staff for processing
  2. Providing order management staff with all info relating to design, quantity and time-frame.

 

Post Order Responsibilities

  1. Liaising with customer on delivery dates.
  2. Responding to customer queries during the production and delivery phase.
  3. Liaising with the customer on any queries from the manufacturer.
  4. Logging customer feedback and encouraging customers to leave positive reviews on MFC social media platforms.

Assisting in the despatch of orders to customers and supporting the Logistics Manager to ensure MFC are meeting industry best practice in customer service delivery. This post reports to the Finance and Logistics Manager.

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Supporting Sales

  1. Organising sample packs for potential customers and assisting in the return of sample packs.
  2. Recording sample pack information to include customer contents and customer data.
  3. Ensuring that all sample clothing is of a high standard before despatch to potential customers.

 

Incoming Shipments

  1. Preparation for incoming deliveries including printing of order sheets from shipping lists generated by the Finance and Logistics Manager.
  2. Quality checking of incoming deliveries to ensure that it meets MFC Sports standards.
  3. Recording and reporting of any issues to the Finance and Logistics Manager.

 

Outgoing Shipments

  1. Organising delivery though courier services and postal service.
  2. Maintenance of customer database to ensure that an efficient delivery service is provided.
  3. Issuing despatch emails to customers to notify them of their delivery.
  4. Updating the customer database following despatch ensuring easy access and reference.
  5. Photographing of new designs or lines for use on social media platforms.

 

General

  1. Monitoring customer complaints and comments thus ensuring that any order or despatch issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  2. Monitoring courier services to ensure MFC service meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  3. Carrying out duties appropriate to the post across all areas of the organisation.

To use CAD to develop product and marketing design aligned with the MFC quality ethos and to meet and exceed the highest industry standards; to be creative and innovative in pursuit of company objectives; to meet and exceed customer design expectations. This post reports to the Office Manager.

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Product Design

  1. Liaising with clients or colleagues to discuss task requirements.
  2. Estimating the timescale for completion and scheduling the task.
  3. Developing a design specification based on the client requirements.
  4. Securing design approval from client.
  5. Submitting the agreed design to the Office Manager for final approval and processing.

 

Marketing and Social Media

  1. Developing designs for the MFC social media platform & website.
  2. Developing designs supporting MFC advertising and communications.
  3. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for all MFC communications.
  4. Supporting the Office Manager in delivering MFC marketing initiatives and programmes.
  5. Working with the MFC Creative Design Contractor in maximising the effectiveness of the MFC website and other communication platforms.

 

Professional Delivery

  1. Working with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD), and making recommendations on adoption of new and improved processes and technologies.
  2. Using appropriate design softwareincluding Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign in delivering a quality design service.
  3. Continually monitoring and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.
  4. Undertaking professional development opportunities as they arise.

 

Service Delivery

  1. Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work thus maximising customer satisfaction and minimising service delivery issues.
  2. Working with order management & customer service team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of graphics.
